Processing

Web store orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm.  Please allow 24 to 72 business hours for processing online orders.

Shipping

A flat-rate shipping and handling fee is charged for all orders.  All orders will be shipped at the standard rate with USPS.  No international shipping.  No overnight deliveries.

Returns   

If you are not satisfied with your order, items can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.  All items must be in the original condition and unopened.  Please include a copy of the receipt, your contact information and reason for the return.   A credit will be given for the return item(s); however, any shipping costs are not refundable.
